All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders ship from New Jersey, most orders ship within 24h.
RETURNS:
Ecru offers Free Standard Shipping and Free Returns on domestic orders via UPS ground.
If you would like to return your items for a store credit, you can receive an additional 10% to be used on a future purchase.

Defective, unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back new and unused with all original garment tags attached.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased on the Ecru website.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment form within 7 business days from receipt of the returned items. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise approved to be returned past the 30 day window will be issued the lowest sale price. Late returns may be approved at the discretion of ecru.
Exchange process
Click on the Exchange button below and enter your order number from the invoice that was included in your shipment or the order confirmation email that you received after your purchase. If you do not have this document please contact us via e-mail and we will provide it for you.
Follow the steps to process your exchange.
Once you enter this information you will be given a return label that you can print from your computer.
Once you have printed your return label:
- Remove any existing labels, stickers or other materials from the outside of the box.
- Affix the prepaid return label and drop off at any USPS facility.

SHIPPING:
Flair provides complimentary 2-day delivery for orders of $90 or more.
2-day delivery for orders under $90 will be $16.95
1-day delivery for all orders will be $39.95
The nationwide transport of a quality perishable product is a delicate matter that we take seriously. Consequently, our shipping efforts are designed to minimize the risk of spoilage, melting and other damage.
Day of the Week. Flair will avoid shipping perishable items to you over the weekend. If it is anticipated that a shipment would not make it by the last delivery day that week, Flair may hold it until the next business week.
Orders received after 4PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be considered to have been received the next business day.
Flair will take the seasonal climate of the destination in determining when and how to ship its products to you.
Flair offers 1-day delivery and 2-day delivery times. Flair will make all reasonable efforts to make said delivery times, but delivery

Orders are shipped USPS priority or express. Please choose your method at checkout. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for priority and 1 to 2 days for express, depending on your location. Next day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged.
