We are committed to providing a quality experience on our site to our customers. Colors, shades and descriptions are as accurate as technology allows. Please be careful with your selection as it is not returnable. If you receive Diego Della products that arrive damaged in shipping, inform us of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@ddp-d3.com for acceptance of the return and a mailing label.

Used or empty product containers will not be accepted for refund.

Processing time for returns takes up to 7 business days from the date the return is received at our location.
 Credit will be issued to the original credit card used in the purchase which will include amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.
Diego Della Products purchased on Grapevine Shops cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers or any other
websites that sell Diego dalla Palma Cosmetics.
